Latest news
As I was not using the car a lot and wanted to concentrate on my next big project, the 124 Spider Turbo I sold the Strada Turbo on to Tony. Before selling I fitted s new sill and did some structural repairs to ensure the body would last. Although the car saw significant work in 1998 and again in 2003 that was still 5 years on. One sill had already been replaced and was still good however the old original sill was starting to rot so replacement was the only thing. At the same time I painted the plastic mouldings a slightly different colour as I think it suits the car better. I always thought it looked too silver!
The lastest information I know about the car is the next owner managed to break the engine somehow. It's though the oil ran low and the bottom end was effected so now the car is off the road while the engine if being fixed.
